website www.pitstopstays.in (the “Site”) and your booking, reservation, and stay at our hotel.
By using this Site and making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.

• Hotel Information: Pitstop Stays is a Glamping and Homestay based hospitality
business offering accommodation and related services.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal
guardian to book and stay at our hotel.
• Language: These Terms are provided in english, and any communication related to
your booking will be conducted in this language unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Reservations
• Booking Process: You can make a reservation through our website or by contacting
us directly. By submitting your booking request, you are offering to stay at our hotel
on the terms outlined in these Terms.
• Confirmation of Booking: A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a
booking confirmation email or message from us. You will be required to provide
payment information to confirm the booking.
• Room Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate availability, all reservations
are subject to the availability of rooms at the time of booking.
4. Payment
• Pricing: The prices for rooms and services are displayed on the website and are
subject to change. Prices may vary depending on factors like booking dates,
promotions, or special offers.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit
cards, UPI, and others. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless
otherwise agreed.

additional fees, which may apply depending on the location and services selected.
5. Cancellation and Modifications

our cancellation policy on the website. Cancellations may be subject to a fee based on
the timing of the cancellation and the type of reservation.
• No-Show: In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled date
without prior cancellation), you may be charged the full booking amount.
• Changes to Reservations: Changes to your reservation (e.g., date, room type) may be
possible but are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: Check-in time is from 1300h. Guests must provide valid identification and
a credit card for incidentals upon check-in.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is by 1200h. Late check-out may be possible upon
request but is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Early Check-In: Early check-in may be available on request but is subject to
availability and may incur an additional charge.
7. Hotel Policies
• Smoking Policy: Pitstop Stays is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in
designated areas.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Guests coming for short stays, day trips and to
use the restaurant are also not permitted to bring their pets inside the premises or any
area of the property.
• Noise and Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and
refrain from disruptive noise or activities that may disturb other guests. Violations
may result in eviction without refund.
• Lost Items: Pitstop Stays is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property
during your stay. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
8. Liability
• Hotel Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the
amount paid for the stay. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive
damages.
• Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property
during your stay, whether accidental or intentional. You agree to pay for any repairs
or replacements as required.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting
your personal data. By making a reservation, you consent to our Privacy Policy,
which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
• Third-Party Services: Our website may link to third-party sites or services. We are
not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature,
government actions, or civil disturbances.

the website, and the updated Terms will apply to any bookings made after the change date.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Jammu and Kashmir and
Jammu High Court in particular.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your booking or stay at Pitstop Stays
will be resolved through mediation/arbitration in Jammu High Court only, and you
agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
