1.Payment Confirmation
All payments made for property bookings are final and non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and full payments.
2.Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the client for any reason, no refunds will be issued. Clients are encouraged to review their schedules and plans carefully before confirming their booking.
3.Rescheduling (If Applicable)
Rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of management, subject to availability and additional charges. This does not guarantee the waiver of the no-refund policy.
4.Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), refunds may not be provided. Management reserves the right to offer alternate arrangements or credits at its discretion.
5.Acknowledgment
By making a booking or payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by this no-refund policy.
