Do’s
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
- Fire Safety: A fire safety plan is available in every room. Please exit promptly and assemble in the designated area in case of an emergency.
Don’ts
- Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted.
- Loud Music: Please refrain from playing loud music outside your rooms.
- Flames: Avoid lighting any flame (e.g., smoking, incense sticks, mosquito repellents) inside the accommodations.
Additional Information
- Each room accommodates two adults and one child (under 12 years). Additional bedding is unavailable.
- Guests will be charged for any damage to appliances or furnishings as per the rate list with the Manager.
- Kindly consume meals in the restaurant area; only tea, coffee, and light snacks are allowed in rooms.
- Outside food or liquor is strictly prohibited in the restaurant and outdoor areas.
- Misuse of firepits or BBQ facilities is not allowed.
Payment and Disputes
- All charges for rooms, firepits, BBQ, and special facilities require advance payment.
- For any disputes, please contact Management directly to avoid conflicts with staff.
